Light Exercise with Brian for Adults 55+: Set 10

This class will incorporate body weight and resistance band exercises to provide seniors with an introductory fitness class for those who want to start on a journey to better health. The class will use seated and some standing exercises to improve your balance, strength, flexibility and joint mobility. Participants will have a chance to discuss various health and nutrition topics after class.
