Gentle Chair Yoga with Sheila Crampton

Workshop Description: Chair yoga is a series of stretches and poses done either sitting on a chair or standing and using the chair for balance. The chair allows for greater stability to help you feel supported and safe. Poses are modified to all levels of ability, range of motion and health restrictions. Everyone works at their own pace. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages and is a fun and safe way to exercise.
